In 2009 TDK had the opportunity to carry out works at the iconic Canberra Stadium home of the CA Brumbies and Canberra Raiders.
Our scope of works involved linking the stadium to the City by installing 5 kilometres of conduits and pits through built up suburbs, varying soils, rocks, terrain and infrastructure.
Our environmental department worked closely with our ground crew as the works required TDK to not only cross footpaths and busy roads but also through some of Canberra’s famous gardens and lawns.
We achieved minimal disruption to both pedestrian and vehicle traffic by implementing traffic management and flexible working hours.
Upon completion of the works TDK ensured that all parks and gardens were restored to their original state.
