VicTrack engaged TDK to gut and refurbish two commercial buildings in the busy Oakleigh shopping precinct.
Our OHS department implemented safety measures as both buildings required the removal and disposal of asbestos.
Works to the structures were extensive due to the state of disrepair, we installed new roof trusses, concrete flooring, sewerage and drainage upgrade and finally complete electrical and plumbing fit out for both shops.
